Quality Inn Hazard

Convenient Location and Nice Amenities I spent New Year's Eve at a hotel that had a great location close to shops and restaurants. the amenities in the room were decent, and the hotel even had a swimming pool, which was a plus. the breakfast was also decent, with a variety of options available to suit different tastes.

Terrible WiFi and Poor Housekeeping My experience was quickly soured by the terrible WiFi. It was unreliable and made working nearly impossible.

The inn is conveniently located on top of a hill, providing a quiet and private place to rest away from the busy areas of town. It is also close to several restaurants, gas stations, and a pharmacy, making it easy to find a nearby place to eat and access WiFi. the rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with necessary amenities such as a small refrigerator, microwave, and ironing board. the helpful and friendly staff provide excellent customer service.

The lobby of the inn feels sparse and cold, which could make guests feel unwelcomed.

Clean and helpful. The room was spot-on, and the staff was really helpful with directions and recommendations. Being located close to restaurants and stores, made our stay easier and more comfortable. The price was very reasonable and good value overall.

The wi-fi was problematic at times, which made it difficult to check-in with work and family. while the room was tidy there was not very much personality or decor, which made it feel a bit austere.
